Who we are
CBC Tech sources processors, embedded platforms, server hardware and connectivity components for individuals, businesses and procurement teams. We quote against each requirement rather than listing a standing price on every line, because availability on this class of hardware changes continually.
The majority of requests we receive concern parts needed to keep an existing system in service rather than components for a new design.
What we source
Why buyers come to us
Much of what we handle has been discontinued, has passed its end of servicing updates date, or was produced solely for embedded customers under long-term availability agreements. Parts in these categories are difficult to locate and difficult to verify.
They are also the parts most frequently relabeled, remarked, or recovered from decommissioned equipment and resold. We purchase through manufacturers and their authorized distributors, and we tell you when a part cannot be obtained through those channels.
How we work with you
Send us your requirement and we will confirm what can be delivered and on what timeline, as a single response covering the entire list. Where an alternative part would better suit your application, we will identify it. Our sourcing process explains each stage.
We quote single replacement parts on the same basis as volume orders.
